No big deal. This screen just shows the dates that a flight attendant completes initial service training.
You are service qualified if a date and instructor number is entered under the DATE and INSTR# column next to an airplane type. If a date and instructor number is not entered under the DATE and INSTR# column, then you are not service qualified. This can be an extremely frustrating screen for DEN flight attendants trying to get international qualified!
If you are not service qualified, then a 'Q' will appear in your LOF.
The word 'RETIRED' means that that particular airplane has been retired from the fleet and you no longer have to deal with, say, those horrible galley doors on the 727.
