As you can see from this report, this is Issue #2, concerning the Maui Coast Hotel on November 16, 2004. There were three problems experienced with this hotel incident. 1.) The hotel wouldn't turn on our telephones unless we gave a credit card imprint at check-in, 2.) any rooms that ended with an odd-number were filled with jackhammer and construction crane ambience. A big no-no. And 3.) I found a cockroach in the bathtub. All kidding aside, make your comments as professional as possible. Although this hotel ticked me off, it was more important that I put the specifics down on paper first.

This enables the AFA Hotel Committee, together with UAL Corporate Travel, to follow up and hopefully try and prevent the same situation from occurring again. Again, written professionalism is the key.

Remember, this command also displays previous TVLLOG reports. You have up to 30 days to input 4 issues per TVLLOG request. So don't delay if you notice a problem! This is a very effective command to use in reviewing hotel/transportation issues you previously logged to trend any ongoing problems. Use it.
