Not much to say here except be thinking of the other person's needs when writing your comments. It's kind of like writing advertising copy. And put a contact number so they can quickly reach you vs. e-notes or carrier pigeon.

Something like: I ONLY DO SYD OR 3-DAY NRT. TED? COLD DAY IN HELL. CALL ME IF YOU ARE SENIOR TO GOD AND ACTUALLY HAVE A DECENT TRIP TO OFFER. 310-555-3322. HAVE A NICE DAY.
