United has informed us that they are experiencing technical issues with SkyNet that is affecting the ability to log in from outside of a United location. The problem may also limit your ability to connect to Unimatic via SkyNet.
They are working on resolving the problem, but it may be a few hours before they have the issue corrected.
If you are a Call-In Reserve during the period of the outage, make sure you use the CATS system to call for your Reserve assignment or contact the crew desk directly if you have any questions about your assignment.
