Unimatic has been difficult, if not impossible, to access using AOL since Thursday, June 28, 2007. As of 1040 PST July 1, 2007, it is still failing to allow access because of the AOL login screen redirecting back to the home page or just 'timing out'. There has been zero information about this problem posted on SkyNet. Thus, not only are flight attendants still unable to access AOL home Unimatic, but they are in the dark about what is going on or when this problem will be resolved.

Rule: Be polite, professional, and concise about the problem. Keep the focus solely on the Unimatic issue during the past few days.

Please help us to quickly spread the word to other UAL employees (who may be having the same problems) about this complaint form.
