This screen displays your current UG100 information. Make sure that your telephone numbers are correct. To make changes, type over the text with your new data. Then move the cursor the below the last line and press ENTER.

If crew schedulers are unable to reach you at the first number they call, contractually they are required to call every number you have listed in your FDUG screen.

You can prioritize your contact numbers in the Unimatic FDUG screen using the EXT field.

Just type 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in the EXT fields, then, drop your cursor below the last line of text and hit <enter>. Crew schedulers are advised to call your contact numbers in that order.

If your priorities change, you can revise the order of your contact numbers this way at any time. Just make the changes, then redisplay the FDUG screen and they will be incorporated
