The following luggage is acceptable within the flight attendant luggage program:

  • Skyway, TravelCaddy or TravelPro luggage
  • Turner's of Miami optional items
  • TravelPro optional items

The Contractual Program states:

  • One contractual reissue item can be replaced within a 24 month period, depending on the appearance of the item.
  • The approval for contractual reissue is done by the domicile coordinator who then completes a Flight Attendant Contractual Reissue Order Form.
  • The contractual reissue program is not retroactive.
  • You cannot receive two items within a 24-month period.
  • Even if you have not ordered any items in the past, you still are eligible for only one item within a 24-month period.

To be eligible for contractual reissue:

  • You must bring in the damaged or worn item that is being considered for replacement to the coordinator.
  • Replacement is done on an item-for-item basis. This means if you bring in a suitcase – the replacement item will be the suitcase.

TravelPro Warranty

  • Warranty on any TravelPro items in the Luggage Program is a three-year limited warranty and includes defects in materials and workmanship.
  • It does not cover normal wear or damages caused by abuse, mishandling, accidental damage, or careless use.
  • If an item is in need of repairs that are not covered within the warranty, i.e., new wheels, an expense report is to be completed including a receipt, and returned to the domicile coordinator for processing.
  • There is a $30.00 repair limit.
  • When repairs are needed on TravelPro items, you have the option to return the damaged item to TravelPro or visit an “authorized TravelPro Repair Center.”
(To find the nearest location call TravelPro at 1-800-741-7471).
  • If you choose to return it to TravelPro, you must call them to obtain a Return Authorization Number along with shipping instructions. If you choose to take it to a Repair Center it is the Repair Center's responsibility to let you know if there are any additional costs for repair.
