Location and Contact Information

The SFO base is located in Terminal 3, ramp level of the rotunda at the end of the moving walkways near the main food court. Elevators to the base are just inside the United Club entrance, behind the double doors. The code to access the second set of coded doors changes every 90 days. Follow the signs to the elevators and take the elevator/stairs to the first floor. The hallway to the right will lead you to the base. The new S-CO satellite base will share facilities with S-UA SFO, currently home to 2,572 flight attendants. No additional badging is required to enter but ensure your crew badge is displayed on your outermost garment above the waist.

The SFO Duty Desk is staffed from 0500 until 2130 daily. You may reach the Duty Desk by calling (650) 634-1934 or 1932.

The lounge is located at the end of the hall, to your left as you enter the base. Walk past the women's rest rooms to the common hallway and turn left. The image room is just beyond the Duty Desk on your right. Director/Managers' offices are to your left as you enter the base, opposite the Duty Desk with the supervisor cubicle area beginning just across from the image room.

Parking

If you opt for parking in SFO, you will need to complete a form with your license plate number. Once the form is approved, take it to the West Field employee parking garage at 638 West Field Rd. to obtain a proximity card. The office is open Monday– Friday, 0900–1700. Take the Blue/Orange bus from bus stop #18 on the baggage claim level. The SFO United parking lot is located on the corner of West Field Rd. and West Cargo Rd., between the West Field check point and the airport post office.

Start going toward the airport exit for.1 miles/Take ramp to US 101N toward San Francisco for 11.1 miles/Take the Vermont Street exit and go .1 miles/Turn left on Vermont Street and go .2 miles/Turn right on 16th Street and go .4 miles/Arrive at 2 Connecticut Street; parking lot is on the right.
