Location and Contact Information

The domicile is located at the New Central Building located in Terminal 1.

Go to the departure level (4F) and enter through "C-1" door.

You will see Starbucks on your right and Tokyo Mitsubishi UFJ Bank on your left.

Go straight until you will see a pearl shop "Pearl Inn" on your right.

Turn right at the corner.

Staff elevtors are located after glass door between "Oriental Bazaar" and "Pearl Inn". To open the glass door, please punch in "security code" (see DIS*37000).

Take the elevator up to 6F.

As you exit the elevator, turn to your right, then left, proceed down the hall, Onboard Service will be on your right.

Medical Information

Staff is available to assist in medical emergencies and illnesses that may require attention. They have several highly recommended physicians and medical facilities and will assist with payment, insurance and billing, as needed. In extreme emergencies, contact your layover hotel front desk who will arrange for transportation and contact us and they will handle the rest. Otherwise, contact the coordinator desk at 33-8111 or have the front desk transfer you.
