The IAH Inflight Services base is located in south end of Terminal C, across from the United Club. Head toward gate 33 and down the escalator. There is also room designated for flight attendants in Terminal E with lounge area and computers.

Parking Lot: The Employee Parking Lot entrance is on Greens Road and is free to active employees accessible by swiping your company I.D. Badge. Keep in mind that on bad weather days, traffic slows considerably. Please see map included in this packet.

Parking

Badge
Parking passes are obtained by first speaking with a coordinator at the coordinator's desk. The parking badge is obtained by going to the GSE (Ground Service Equipment) building, on the first floor, Monday-Friday, 0630-1500. The GSE Building is located on Road 6, next to the Northwest Cargo Building, off of McDonald Road. The office can be reached at (650) 634-6260.

Medical Information

Location
There is an employee clinic located in Terminal C, Baggage Claim Level. It is accessible via elevator behind carousel 8 to the right. The Clinic is open Monday through Sunday from 0600 - 2000. An on-site provider is available Monday through Friday, from 0700 until 1830 and 0800 until 1730 weekends. The clinic is free to all United employees.
