IADSW - Offices are located in the Mid-Field terminal (D concourse). After clearing security, take the mobile lounge shuttle bus to the D terminal. Directly in front of the shuttle docking area are a stairway and elevator to the lower level rotunda. Signs are posted just outside the entrance doors to the domicile. (Use access code).

DCASW -The new Ronald Reagan National Washington Terminal building opened for operations on July 26, 1997. United gates are in Terminal B, Gates 10-16. SW ID badges are required in the SW area at all times.

- Enter terminal and proceed to Terminal B, gates 10-22

- Once through security take elevator up marked 'Delta Sky Club'

- Enter at door marked 'Terminal B Conference Room' B-3-618

To obtain the current access door code via UNIMATIC DIS*37000

BWISW - Office is located under gates D11, D13 & D15. Access the SW office via the elevator (marked D11FE#1535) or stairs (marked D11UA). Both the stairwell and elevator are adjacent to the jetway door at D11. Access codes are available via CATS.

Parking

IADSW - You do not need a IAD International Airport-specific badge. Your current SW badge is the only required identification badge. Parking hang-tags are issued once a year, usually during the month of September, at the domicile.

DCASW-Travel time from the employee parking lot to the terminal is approximately 15 minutes. The bus route is circuitous.Parking lot pick-ups are at 15-minute intervals.Employee buses have a blinking light on the bus roof.Buses will drop-off/pick-up at the North, Central and South Concourse, Lower Level.Use the Central Concourse drop-off/pick-up (door 6). Metro: Two pedestrian bridges connect the Departure Level to the Metro Station

BWISW - Your SW badge is the only required ID for National Airport and BWI. The Inflight Services coordinator will provide you with the necessary paperwork to acquire a parking tag.
