Employment Verification

Flight attendants may request written letters of employment verification from the Service Center for Interline Travel, hotel discounts, apartment rentals.

  • Exact salary information must be requested from WHQPZ in writing. This process has not changed.
  • Contact the Service Center via phone.
  • Written letters will be completed within 24-48 hours from receipt by the Service Center and forwarded to the flight attendant.
  • ONLY flight attendants will be able to request written employment verification from the Service Center.
  • Outside vendors, companies, rental agencies, mortgage lenders, etc. who must verify wages must call the WORKNUMBER at 1-800-996-7566 or go onto the internet at www.theworknumber.com. The Domicile may verbally verify employment.
  • Domiciles should maintain verification letters for emergency exceptions only.

Set up a personal pin number for the lender to call and verify wages and employment

  • Contact the Service Center via phone or COMAIL to request written letter of employment verification, providing specifics details for the request.
