RSS, sometimes known as Really Simple Syndication, is a popular means of sharing content (such as news headlines) without requiring readers to constantly visit a Web site to see the latest content.
RSS feeds contain headlines and hyperlinks to longer articles or Web pages.
Desktop software known as news readers or aggregators can collect, update and display RSS feeds from Jumpseatnews, as well as a wide variety of other web sites. A number of news readers are available for you to download, many at no cost. Other versions are Web and browser-based, such as the latest version of Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Chrome. News readers vary slightly in how they look and act, so you may find yourself testing several RSS readers before settling on one.
Here's a list of RSS readers you can use.
To subscribe to RSS feeds, simply click on the orange 'RSS News Feed' icon at the bottom of this page. Then, follow your news reader's instructions for subscribing to (or adding) feeds. Repeat the process to add as many feeds as you like from any many web sites as you like. Certain news readers are also supported by Jumpseatnews.com's "one-click" addition feature. More about RSS.
Currently, we have one RSS feed. Our current feed is the blog diaries from the JSN diary.
