Hello, this is Charlie Ahmes with an Update for Thursday, October 5, 2006.

By now you should have received a letter in your mailbox concerning changes we're making in the domiciles, specifically the changing role of your supervisors. These changes will enable domicile managers, supervisors and staff to engage with you around the activities that have the greatest impact on our customers and operational performance.

In that letter, I talk about the importance of listening and how listening to each other provides the basis for us to make good decisions and to find ways to continuously improve our service to customers, our working environment, and our financial performance.

So, to ensure that our work we are doing in the division is delivering the desired results, we want to hear from you. For the next several weeks, an on-line survey is available on SkyNet to give you and your colleagues an opportunity to provide us with your thoughts around the changes that we are undertaking in our domiciles and across the division. The survey's focus is on division activities that impact you in the domicile, and the results will set a baseline from which the effectiveness of these changes can be measured moving forward. Your answers will help direct the focus on areas that you think need the most attention. The survey is available now from the Onboard home page, and it should take you less than 10 minutes to complete. Individual responses will be kept confidential.

Your opinion is very important, so I hope you will take the time to share your candid responses.

That's all for today. Fly safely and I'll talk with you soon.
