In this Holiday Season and at the end of what has been challenging year, I want to thank each of you for all your hard work, dedication and professionalism. I know that the good work that you have done over the past year occurred amidst many distractions and a great deal of anxiety about the future. I appreciate and thank you for all of your efforts.

I am very proud of the entire team in Onboard Service. Despite another year of tremendous obstacles and incredible uncertainty, you responded with innovation, unwavering commitment and focus. You have shown enormous resilience and have continued to serve our customers very well by providing safe, reliable and attentive service to them. Though there is more difficult work ahead of us, I know that by continuing to work together, we will achieve many great things in the year to come.

This is a season of celebration, joy and reflection, and a time to be with family, friends and loved ones. My very best to you and yours for a joyous holiday season.
