This holiday season continues to be a busy one, and that is certainly good news for us. However, I know that the heavy passenger loads and busy holidays can present challenges to those of you who are working and I appreciate all of your hard work over the last two weeks. Thanks to you and your colleagues across the system, and with some luck from the weather, we have been operating very well despite the heavy volumes. Thank you for a great job.
I also want to take this opportunity to wish everyone a safe, happy and healthy New Year. I look forward to the great things we will accomplish together in 2004.
