Hello, this is Jane Allen with an Update for Wednesday, November 26, 2003.
As you know, tomorrow is the Thanksgiving holiday in the U.S., a day on which Americans celebrate with their families and friends, and give thanks for the good things in life. Thanksgiving also marks the start of the holiday season, and for all of us in the airline business, this means airplanes filled with customers who are traveling to see families and friends or who are beginning holiday vacations. I've always felt that being in a business that helps unite loved ones during the holidays is very special, and I hope that you share that good feeling as well.

I want to take this opportunity to wish all of you a happy and joyful Thanksgiving holiday. I also want give a special thanks for those of you who will be working over the holiday, and let you know that I appreciate all that you do. Over this busy l weekend, I hope that all of you will take a moment to reflect on how far we've come over this past year. Our planes are full, our finances are looking up and we are well on our way to a lasting recovery. This is something for which we can all be thankful.

Thanks for listening, and have a terrific holiday weekend.
