July 7, 2019 has been declared as a WHITE FLAG DAY in EWR and IAD as of 01:05A CT on July 7, 2019.

Flight Attendants straight picking up a pairing from OPEN TIME after the effective time of 01:05 Central Time thru 23:59 Central Time in the EWR and IAD bases for trips originating on July 7, 2019, qualify for white flag compensation as provided for under the terms of our JCBA.

White Flag trips can be picked up through the Electronic Bulletin Board. There is no need to contact Crew Scheduling to pick up a trip. You must be in position and operate the pairing or, if cancelled, be reassigned for pay protection. All out of base pick up rules apply. White Flag pay is for all hours flown and credited for the pairing.
