One United – September 14, 2018

Starting October 1, 2018 at 0800 Central Time, all Flight Attendants will be able to access their full Work History in CCS. Please note that pmUA Flight Attendant work histories (FDWH) will migrate from Unimatic to CCS and will be accessible in CCS starting October 1, 2018. Pre- merger UA Flight Attendants will be able to access Work History in Unimatic but no new entries will be added after September 30, 2018.

To access your work history in CCS, log into CCS and select Work History > Display Work History. Use the Dispute Resolution, Attendance and Performance Management Flight Attendant Guide, linked above, for detailed instructions.

Current pmUA Flight Attendants will notice changes to some Work History entry descriptions from FDWH (Unimatic) to Work History (CCS). For example, a DNF-Did Not Fly in FDWH (Unimatic) will show as a Missed Trip in Work History (CCS). The parameters and effective date of the DNF entry will not change; only the description will change. This change was implemented to reflect the precise language utilized in the JCBA. Below is a link to a list of FDWH descriptions that will differ and their equivalent descriptions in CCS.

Please take a few moments prior to October 1, 2018 to review these documents. If you have any questions about the information, please contact your supervisor.
