Call-in Reserve & Ready Reserve Preferencing

Call-in Reserve preferences will continue to be used through the evening of September 26, 2018 for assignments awarded on September 27, 2018.  Existing pmUA Call-in Reserve preferences will not transfer to the CCS Reserve Preferencing system.

In order to prepare for the migration from Unimatic to CCS, for Call-in Reserve assignments made on the evenings of September 27 - 29, 2018, the Company will make manual assignments in accordance with Section 10.C. of the pmUA agreement as provided for in the pmUA Reserve Preferencing Letter of  Agreement. Section 10.C. of the pmUA agreement provides for Reserve assignments to be made according to their 1-, 2-, 3-, 4- or more day classifications in time accrued order and qualification. 

Ready Reserve preferences in Unimatic will continue to be used for assignments through September 29, 2018.

Reserves will be able to input standing Reserve preferences in CCS starting at 0530 CT on September 28, 2018. Beginning September 29, 2018 at 1930 HDT, Reserves can begin entering preferences specific to the October 1, 2018 Reserve assignments.

For Reserve assignments for October 1, 2018 and beyond, we will use the preferences entered in the CCS Reserve preferencing system.

Ready Reserve assignments for October 1, 2018 and beyond, will be based on the Ready Reserve preferences entered in the Ready Reserve Preference screen in CCS.
