As we approach the two-year anniversary of the ratification of our 2016-2021 Agreement at the end of August, we look forward to the scheduled increase in our base pay and incentive pay rates which become effective on the first day of the September schedule month, August 31, 2018. The increase in these rates will be seen in our October pay advance. Refer to the pay schedules & step increases in Section 4.A. & 4.B. of our JCBA.  

In addition, as provided in Section 5.A.1.b. of the Contract, per diem rates increase by five cents (.05c) every two years after the date of signing. Domestic per diem increases this year to $2.25/hour whereas international per diem increases to $2.75/hour.
