UPDATE: As now, it appears that the issue is now resolved. Contact the Help Desk if you have any further trouble accessing Unimatic.

Users trying to connect to home Unimatic (either through this site or elsewhere) may be receiving the following message:

This is a problem on the United's end.  I'm sure they are aware of the problem, as somebody probably has called the Help Desk by now.

The Fix

In the meantime, if you encounter this error, you can still access Unimatic by performing the following steps:

1.  Once you see the error message described above, you should also see this address in your web browser:

2.  Change the address to read: http://www.gounimatic.com so that it appears like this:

3.  Then, press enter.  You will be taken to the Unimatic access page!

If this doesn't work for you, well I'm just sorry about that or whatever, but this is the best fix I know of to resolve this annoying problem.
