Personalize Your Brookhurst Login PIN

Flight attendants have the option of personalizing their four-digit Brookhurst uniform pin number. As is current practice, Brookhurst will continue to use the last four digits of your Social Security Number (or tax ID for some internationally-based flight attendants) unless you choose to provide them with another through the Unimatic FDUG screen. This opportunity is optional, and no action is required unless you decide to make a change.

Please note: You must be able to give Brookhurst your correct pin number in order to place a uniform order. If you’ve forgotten your pin, use Unimatic FDUG to view or change your pin. It will take 48 hours for a change to reach Brookhurst to update their records. Brookhurst is not authorized to give out pin numbers under any circumstances.

How to Change Your Brookhurst Pin Number:

1. Access your information in Unimatic on the FDUG screen by entering: FDUG/ your file number
   
   This display will appear:
   
   
2. Tab to: BROOKHURST PIN: CURRENT:...
3. Enter a 4 digit (cannot be less than 4 digits) numerical number in the space next to CURRENT
4. Drop curser to the bottom of the page and enter
   The following response should appear:
   **VERIFY CHANGES AND TETRANSMIT WITH EFFECTIVE DATE: MM-DD-YY**
5. Once you have entered the effective date, enter again.
6. This is the response you should receive:
   **VERIFY CHANGES AND RETRANSMIT WITH EFFECTIVE DATE: 04-10-08**
   ACCEPTED – TO REVIEW EMERGENCY CONTACTS – ENTER –FDEM/FILE #
7. You may change the pin number at any time.
8. It will take 48 hours for Brookhurst to update their records.
9. Brookhurst does not have access to this unimatic screen so they will be unable to take your order if you have changed the pin number and cannot recall what your current pin number is.
10. If you choose not to change your pin number it will remain as the last four digits of your social security number.
