fidelity logoAll eligible domestic Flight Attendants received their 401(k) Initial Contribution on June 28, 2006.  Due to computer programming issues, Flight attendants who accessed Fidelity's Web site at www.401k.com on June 29, 2006 were not able to make an investment election change for their Company paid Direct and Matching contributions.  Transfers made through the Fidelity Service Center, at 1-800-245-9034, were processed.  The programming issue was resolved on June 30, 2006.

If you did not make an investment election for the Company Contributions for our Defined Contribution Plan, the funds were defaulted to the Vanguard Target Retirement Fund.

Should you desire to make a change, you can now make changes via phone or the Fidelity website.  There are no fees or service charges applied when transferring funds out of the Vanguard account.

You can also log on to the 401(k) Plan website at www.401k.com , or call the Fidelity Service Center for United at 1-800-245-9034.  Representatives are available from 8:30 a.m. to midnight, Eastern Time.
