United Airlines agreed to move flights of its discount carrier Ted, now using six gates on Concourse A, to Concourse B, where it operates most of its flights. In return, the airport will pay $41.5 million to expand United's regional jet facility, and will also retire $110 million of debt owed by United for its never functional automated baggage system.
