• A vintage uniform is any previously issued United flight attendant uniform.
• Your vintage flight attendant uniform may be worn on trips departing May 15 through May 21, 2005
• You must supply your own uniform.
• Your vintage uniform must be complete. Do not mix pieces from different uniforms.
• The Hawaiian uniform may be worn only in the Hawaiian market (no sandals).
• Current uniform shoe regulations apply.
• Only the current uniform purse, handbag and suitcase are acceptable.
• You may wear the current uniform apron with your vintage uniform on domestic segments.
• Complete an appearance check with a supervisor prior to the start of your ID.
