Changes to AOL Home Unimatic on April 11

This was recently published on the AOL Crew Channel:

Who – AOL customers who maintain an account for access to Unimatic and Apollo, but don’t use AOL’s software to connect will experience a change in their logon procedures on April 11th.

This also includes Mac users and flight attendants that use software provided by an independent developer.

This change does not affect AOL customers who use AOL’s software (7.0, 8.0 or 9.0) to connect to Unimatic and Apollo.

What - After April 11th these users will be prompted to sign onto AOL every time they access Unimatic and Apollo.

I don't know much more than this at the moment.  Rest assured however, that any tech or other access info I receive will be published right here.

We'll see what happens on April 11.  Hopefully, this won't be too much of a big deal.  Hell must freeze over completely and our base pay increased by 71% before I'd put that AOL logo-feces software back on my computer.
