As you know by now, UAL is issuing new identification badges to meet a TSA directive.  United's deadline is October 1, 2003.

The badge photos are being taken in the DEN, IAD, LAX, ORD and SFO domiciles.  Here's the current schedule from DIS*75557:

According to United: "when possible, international crews transiting
these locations will receive preferential treatment."

A couple of other points to keep in mind about obtaining the new badge:

• You must visit one of the centers above and have your picture taken on your own time and at your own expense.
• You must do this no later than Oct. 1, 2003.
• The badge will be renewed every two years.
• Don't forget to bring a government-issued ID when you go get your photo taken.
