The deadline to own and wear your new crewmember badge is Nov. 14.

Crewmembers without a new badge who are scheduled to depart or overlap on this date will be subject to disciplinary measures and removed from schedule without pay until they meet this flight qualification. United is subject to a significant fine per occurrence.

If you do not have your new badge and believe you have met all requirements, please contact the Badging hotline immediately through 1-800-FLT-LINE, option 7, option 8, from 0900-1500 Central Time, seven days a week. If you believe your badge has been produced and delivered to the domicile, please contact the coordinator to complete the exchange for your new badge.
