Good morning, this is Glenn. Last week we made encouraging progress on several fronts. The company reached tentative agreement with the IAM, we had a productive meeting with our Star Alliance partners in Rio de Janeiro, and we were gratified and pleased to receive indications of their support.

Meanwhile, ratification efforts are under way with the AFA, PAFCA and the IAM. We have seen constructive reporting and analysis in the press which have separated the facts of our business plan from misinformation.

We met with the ATSB to discuss and resolve open issues. And we will do so again when we visit the ATSB staff and working group this week, accompanied by several members of the United Union Coalition leadership.

During the upcoming meeting, we will reinforce our mutual commitment to a successful United. In a mere matter of months, we have designed and begun to execute a plan to restore United's competitiveness by reducing costs and creating new revenue opportunities. At the same time, we have been proving ourselves on the front line through our operational performance and our customer satisfaction. It is not an exaggeration to say that no matter what happens in the next few weeks, we have done very good work, of which we should be proud.

Regardless of the decision the ATSB makes, we have demonstrated our strength, our resolve and our commitment to one another and to our customers. Nothing, however, will be easy. If we get the loan guarantee, much work remains for us to execute our business plan. If we ultimately determine that Chapter 11 is our best option, it will be critical from day one to demonstrate that we can run our airline with the same focus on performance as we have today.

In closing, I want to wish all of you a safe and wonderful Thanksgiving. To those of you who will be working in the airports or on our planes, thank you very much for all that you are personally giving up to ensure that our customers get home to their families.

Thanks very much for listening. Keep your heads up and be united.
