Over the past month TUMI® has conducted roadshows in the domiciles to showcase the two options available to Flight Attendants for the reissue of our Contractual luggage - the two-wheel or four- wheel “rollaboard”. These durable, high quality products are designed to hold up under the rigors of our travel schedules and will provide us with the flexibility to employ the various packing styles that fit our individual flying schedules.

The ordering process for Flight Attendants will be as follows: TUMI will send an email to your United email address sometime next week. This email will contain a link to the TUMI website and instructions for ordering your selected rollaboard.  During this ordering process, Flight Attendants can also purchase any of four optional luggage pieces at a discount.  These include the Framed Duffel, Brooks Briefcase, JIC Tote or Garment Cover.

All the TUMI products included in this program are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty that covers zippers, wheels, and handles.  It is important to note that any changes to the product(s) made by anyone other than TUMI will void the original TUMI warranty and items will not be eligible for any repair (e.g., rollerblade wheels).
