As a reminder, Computer Based Training (CBT) for the recently developed Inflight Customer Service App is now available from the Take-off Learning Network home page. Mandatory completion of this CBT is required by September 6, 2017. To access the CBT click on your “to do” list, located on the top of the page.
The CBT introduces the features of the Sales and Customer Issue Resolution app. The CBT is not available through your Link, and must be completed on a laptop or desktop computer. The system will automatically verify your completion and you can confirm completion of the CBT through your transcript on the Learning Network. Flight Attendants will receive one (1) hour of training pay for completing the CBT.
