Effective for travel originating on May 9, 2017, Flight Attendants utilizing the Southwest Reciprocal Cabin Seat Agreement will be required to list online using the myIDTravel site. The listing process will be similar to that used for listing on American, jetBlue and Virgin America.

Once the transition to the online listing tool becomes effective on May 9th, all listings will be self-managed. It is important to note, any listings that have been made for flights originating on or after May 9th will need to be re-listed using the myIDTravel website.

An updated version of General Guidelines for Reciprocal Cabin Seat Agreement has been posted to the Reciprocal Travel Agreements page of our website
