This past weekend the company implemented the programming changes necessary to award the Cabin Jumpseat (CJA) consistent with the terms of the Joint Collective Bargaining Agreement (JCBA) – that is, based on the earlier of the bid or company seniority date.

The implementation was effective as of April 3, 2017.

As a reminder, any jumpseat (CJA) listing made prior to April 3, 2017 will continue to retain an incorrect seniority date and boarding priority unless the listing is cancelled and rebooked.  We encourage everyone to review any CJA listings they may have made prior to this effective date and cancel and rebook to ensure you are awarded the jumpseat consistent with the terms of the JCBA.
