United’s new reporting Hotline for Occupational Injuries/Illnesses became effective on January 2, 2017. All Occupational Injury or Illness reporting is to be done via the Hotline, regardless of pre-merger airline. All Flight Attendants should call 1- 877-UAL-HURT (1-877-825-4878) within 24 hours after arrival from your pairing/ID to report an injury or illness.
