Where to Locate Your Work and Performance History

Section 22 of the JCBA covering Personnel Files was implemented on September 28, 2017. Attendance and dependability will now be tracked using the attendance point system for all Flight Attendants and will be recorded as part of the electronic work history.

  • The electronic work history and performance records are now available via CCS for pmCAL & CMI Flight Attendants. To view your personal history and performance records CCS->Reports->eWH Display and eWH RECORDS.
  • pmUAL Flight Attendants will continue to access their electronic work history and performance records via Unimatic (FDWH) & (RECORD) until all Flight Attendants are on a common scheduling platform.

As part of the conversion process to this new discipline and attendance system, the active discipline for Flight Attendants was converted in accordance with the Transition and Conversion Letter of Agreement (page 307 in the JCBA).
