The Tumi® site launched today, October 31, 2017. Instructions and a link to order your 2 or 4-wheeled rollaboard, as well as any additional optional accessories, have been sent to your united.com Email account.

Click on the TUMI portal link and the system requires you to create an account that will generate an activation email and instructions. 

• We encourage you to place your luggage order by Dec. 15, 2017, in order to receive your new uniform luggage by the New Year.
• Deliveries require a signature and must be sent to an address where this can be obtained.
• Shipping to the domicile is not allowed. 
• Shipping to a P.O. Box is not allowed.
• Shipping is free for accessories purchased through Dec. 31, 2017.
• Average delivery time is estimated to be 5-10 business days. 
  
  

Upon receipt of your order, remember to register it with TUMI as soon as possible. And, as an extra perk, luggage can be monogrammed at any TUMI store!

Additionally, a wheeled tote option will be available by March 2018. If you prefer the wheeled tote as your company issued bag option, please contact your base uniform coordinator in order to submit a form confirming your selection of this option in lieu of the two or four-wheel rollaboard options.
