Effective immediately, if your domestic pairing or ID originates with a departure from EWR’s Terminal B, you are now welcome to check in and brief from there.

Pre-merger CAL crews must check in using the Inflight hotline phone at gate B41, which will connect you to the Duty Desk/Concierge Desk.  

Pre-merger United crews based in Newark are welcome to brief on the aircraft in the same way out of base crews or XCSs on domestic IDs do at the start of a duty day. Please remember to follow normal procedures for reporting missing Flight Attendants. Pre-merger United Crews are also encouraged to use the hotline phone for any operational issues or concerns.
