Your United AFA MEC Benefits Committee is happy to bring you a Special Edition onsite open enrollment for Aflac /CAIC Disability insurance along with other voluntary insurance products. The Short Term Disability insurance provides coverage

for this 9 month gap for illness, surgery or off-the job injuries. Whether you are an existing policyholder or not, Aflac is offering subsidiary United Flight Attendants Guarantee issue upgrades to their plans during this enrollment. International Flight Attendants with a SSN & U.S. address may also apply.

Go to  www.unitedafa.org and then choose the  “pay and benefits” tab at the top which will take you to the Aflac link to view domicile schedules and Aflac Agent contact information:

1. Onsite enrollments are being scheduled at U.S. domiciles for the opportunity to consult and enroll with and Aflac Agent.

2. You also have the option to call the local agent listed on the www.unitedafa.org website..

The open enrollment will run through August 31,2015.
