Recommendation to fix the Security Exception error on PC's and Mac's:

Step 1) Navigate to the Java Control Panel "Security Tab"

• On a PC:  Click on the Start Menu> Control Panel> Java Control Panel>Security Tab.
• On a Mac:  Click on the Apple icon on the upper left of screen> System Preferences> Java Control Panel (Java icon)> Security Tab.

Step 2) *Only one of the these changes is needed to fix*

• Slide the "Security Level" indicator to "medium"
  
  OR
• Click Edit Site List> add to the exception site list, "https://crew-access.ual.com"

Step 3) Once you have completed one of the two steps above, you will need to re-launch your web browser.
