Yesterday in their United Daily, September 14, 2013, United announced the open enrollment dates for our 2014 benefits.

Active Flight Attendants, including those on Voluntary Furlough, may participate in Open Enrollment from October 14 through November 1.  Retired Flight Attendants may enroll November 4 through 15.

United will be providing additional details and instructions about Open Enrollment  in the mail to your home.  Some information is currently available on United’s website in the Employees Services > Benefits section.  Additionally United has announced that it will be conducting benefits fairs, details and information to be provided by United. 

As a reminder, in July United announced that Aetna will replace Blue Cross / Blue Shield as our benefits administrator.  You can check to see whether your doctor is a part of the Aetna provider network at www.aetna.com/united.
