FAMRI Bland Lane Center of Excellence on Second Hand Smoke at UCSF

Are you a non-smoking flight attendant? Were you exposed to secondhand tobacco smoke while working on an aircraft? If yes, then please contact us to participate in our health clinic or current research projects at no cost!

At UCSF Mission Bay in San Francisco, we offer flight attendants (current and retired) the opportunity to participate in the Flight Attendant Medical Research Institute (FAMRI) Clinic, where you will have a physical exam with a Cardiologist, an EKG and a basic lung function test.

We encourage our flight attendant patients to bring questions relating to your heart or general health, so that you can have a very personal experience with the doctor.

You will not be charged to participate, and we will compensate your parking as well as provide you with a check for $100.

Additionally, we can arrange a SuperShuttle to pick you up from SFO/OAK Airport and bring you to your clinic appointment at UCSF Mission Bay.  Of course, we will arrange for the SuperShuttle to drop you back off at SFO/OAK Airport after your appointment.

Thank you for your consideration!

Please contact us at [email protected] or (415) 412-0872 to participate in our health clinic or current research projects at no cost!
