It looks like a tentative agreement was reach by United with the International Association of Machinists (IAM).  Check out their news blurb today:

On Wednesday, the company and the International Association of Machinists (IAM), which represents customer service representatives, ramp, storekeeper and contact center representatives at the UA, CO, Continental Micronesia and MileagePlus subsidiaries, reached a tentative agreement on a new joint collective bargaining agreement.

The tentative agreement, which covers more than 28,000 United co-workers, will now be subject to ratification by IAM members.
