A winter storm is anticipated to significantly impact our operations in the Northeast. From 8" to 12" of snowfall and freezing rain is anticipated from by mid-day Saturday. Some areas of the Northeast are anticipating up to 2" of snow accumulation. The Network Operations Center (NOC) is planning a significant schedule reduction for EWR, JFK and BOS beginning Friday at 1400 EST. Most of our out stations in the Northeast region will be impacted over the next 48 hours.

Positive space travel is approved for flight attendants commuting to EWR, JFK, IAD and BOS who are operating flights beginning Friday, February 8--Saturday, February 9, 2013.

Instructions for listing for Positive space travel can be found on Flying Together, Travel. Scroll down to the heading Information for all co-workers, Travel Programs and click on Company Business.

Once you list for the flight, your PNR needs to be authorized in order to complete the ticketing process. Provide your confirmation number by contacting your base below. Once authorized, you will be able to select a seat and check-in for your flight.

• DCA based Flight Attendants should telephone the duty desk at 703-572-7518 for authorization.
• JFK (including those flying from the EWR co-terminal) based Flight Attendants should telephone the duty desk at 718-632-1395 for authorization.
• BOS based Flight Attendants should telephone the duty desk at 617-634-7667 for authorization.

Once authorized you will be able to select a seat and check-in for your flight.
