Inflight Services Scheduling has determined that leaves of absence will be available for the April through June schedule month at all subsidiaries (S-CO, S-UA and S-CMI). Specific bases and amounts are not yet known, but flight attendants interested in various leaves are encouraged to submit their requests through normal channels at their specific subsidiary.

S-CO: Submit requests for the three-month contractual leaves (April/May/June) via CCS, Inflight Forms prior to the 1000 base local time deadline on Tuesday, March 5, 2013. Full-month leave and job-share requests for April must also be submitted via CCS, Inflight Forms by that deadline.

S-UA: Submit requests for three-month leave of absence before 0800 Central Time on Monday, March 11, 2013. In LOAREQ, enter SP using the dates 01 April 2013 through 30 June 2013.

If available, 30-day ANP will be awarded after the award of the special LOAs. S-CMI: Submit requests for a three-, six-, or nine-month leave by the first of the month preceding the month in which you wish to take the leave.
