Last chance For Free Flu Shot

United provides active U.S. benefit-eligible co-workers an opportunity to get one free flu shot this season.
Stop by our onsite clinics at CLE, EWR, IAH, ORD and GUM or any participating Walgreens pharmacy and present your United flu shot voucher. Walgreens will still accept vouchers with the Dec. 31, 2012, expiration date. If needed, kindly let the pharmacist know the program has been extended.
If you no longer have your voucher, you may request a replacement by sending an email no later than Feb.13 to [email protected]. Be sure to include your full name, mailing address and date of birth for verification purposes.
Flu shot vouchers must be redeemed by March 1.
Flu shots are available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
