Increases to Pay, Per Diem and Vacation

As we approach the one-year anniversary of the ratification of our 2012-2016 Agreement we should all be aware that contractual increases in our hourly rate of pay, per diem and vacation pay will be effective February 28. 

These increases include:

Hourly Rate of Pay (Section 5.A.1. and Section 5.A.2.)
All steps of pay will increase 2%  (view charts)

Vacation Pay (Section 18.K.1.b.)
From 2:45 per vacation day increases to 3:00 per vacation day

*If a Flight Attendant has been paid at least nine hundred thirty-six hours (936) of flight time credit in prior year, her/his vacation pay will be 3:15 minutes per vacation day.

For Example: If you have Vacation after February 28, 2014, and you have at least 936 hours of flight time credit in 2013 you will be paid 3:15 per Vacation day.

Per Diem (Section 6.A.1.)
Domestic per diem increases from $1.73 to $1.95 and International per diem increases from $2.13 to $2.50.

per hour, prorated from the time she/he is scheduled to report for duty, or actually reports for duty, whichever is later, and shall continue until termination of duty or flight assignment upon return to her/his home domicile.
