FASRS/OSAP Report Outage Cancelled

UPDATE FROM AFA: Today, we have been informed by the company that this weekend’s planned IT outage affecting FASRS and OSAP reporting systems has been cancelled.  We will inform you of the new dates for the server updates when the company informs us.

United IT will be performing an update on some of their servers this weekend which will affect the ability of Flight Attendants to submit FASRS and OSAP reports.

The server outage is scheduled to begin Friday, February 22 at 2200 and conclude Sunday, February 24 at 1800.

If you need to submit one of these reports during the outage period, you should follow the procedures outlined in our FAOM.

  • For OSAP Reports, call 800-FLT-LINE, Option 7, then Option 6.
  • For FASRS Reports, call 847-700-2279, or use the paper FASRS located in the forms section in all domiciles.

Once the system is restored, you should submit your report normally as soon as possible. During this outage, if either of these two options fails, you should submit a report as soon as possible and note in your report the difficulty you had in using these alternate methods. You should also contact your Local Council with the details of your circumstances.
