Apparently, instead of shipping the entire order, Cintas has shipped individual pieces to some flight attendants. According to Inflight Services, going forward you can expect to receive all of your core pieces in one shipment.

If you are purchasing optional uniform items that total more than your point allotment, and paying the balance with a credit card, the Cintas system is not calculating the 25 percent discount. This is an error. All optional pieces, whether purchased with points or credit card, are eligible for the 25 percent discount. 

Cintas is working on a fix, and will also go back and adjust accounts as necessary. 

If you will be ordering items that total more than your point allotment, United says to hold off on placing your order.
