I'm not sure if many people know this, but United provides active U.S. benefit-eligible co-workers an opportunity to get one free flu shot this season.

You can visit the onsite clinics at CLE, EWR, IAH, ORD and GUM or any participating Walgreens pharmacy and present your United flu shot voucher. Walgreens will still accept vouchers with the 12/31/12 expiration date. You may need to let the pharmacist know the program has been extended---or just bat your eyelids and be very nice.

If you no longer have your voucher, you may request a replacement by sending an email no later than Feb.13 to [email protected]. Be sure to include your full name, mailing address and date of birth for verification purposes. Flu shot vouchers must be redeemed by March 1, 2013. Flu shots are available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
